ThermaSAVE goes together fast and easy. The panels are fastened together with power-driven screws through the inner and outer skins into either cement board or wood splines. Because of the strength of the panels, no headers are usually needed over doors and windows. Because it is lightweight, erection can be achieved with minimal equipment and just two men. |

| THERMAL EFFICIENCY
Due to ThermaSAVE's unique patented spline fastening system, there are no wood parts extended thru the panels from face to face except at openings, corners, beams and roof edges. A house or building containing floors, walls and roof structure of ThermaSAVE panels will have up to 75% less heat loss or gain. The resulting savings will pay for the cost of the enclosing structure in 8 to 12 years. |

| DURABILITY
Buildings constructed with ThermaSAVE panels are longer lasting and low maintenance. Fiber Cement Board is used as skins which does not rot or burn and has a fire rating which means no sheet rock is necessary, does not support black mold, does not absorb moisture. Other advantages are the cement board can be obtained with different finished looks such as a wood grain, stucco, or smooth which just needs seams sealed and painted. With the smooth, stucco, vinyl siding, brick or stone can be installed. They are rot and vermin resistant - not affected by water vapor and high moisture content. All panels are inspected by a third party inspector who meticulously checks the quality of each component at the factory. The panels have met or exceeded fire tests required for the types of buildings and structural components for which they are normally used.
