Pricing
The price for your project is dependent on the structural and insulation requirements of your particular project. Your final price is subject to special engineering requirements that may be needed to span unusually wide spans, for example.
The quickest way to get a "ball park" estimate from us is to submit an e-mail to us with your drawings plus the breakdown on square footage of walls. To figure the square footage of the walls:
-
Outside walls: Multiply the length of the perimeter walls x the height. This will give you the square footage. Tell us what you would like for wall thickness. Our panesl range from 4 inches to 12 inches thick. If you live in an area of temperature extremes, you will want a thicker wall, or if your design calls for details like bull noses (such as is common in the Southwest) you will want a thicker wall.
-
Interior walls: Provide measurements for length x height and stipulate wall thickness. Please note that plumbing walls should be framed and drywalled.
-
For the roof, provide us with the total square footage of the roof including overhangs plus the pitch of the roof and the thickness of the panels that you would like.
-
Floor: Length x width
-
Foundation: Stipulate how the foundation is to be built - panels, block with crawlspace, post and beam, etc.
